The Caribbean Cowboy

This place is amazing!! My daughter LOVED her peach lemonade. She really loves their street corn and beans as well. My husband and I really enjoyed their pork and ribs. The pork is so juicy and ribs fall off the bone. They have amazing cookies as well. The building is SO CUTE!!! AMAZING service as well. A lot parking and great seating outside with fun family games.

Hands down best BBQ around!!! Service was impeccable and so friendly. Everything is absolutely delicious with great portions. Snickerdoodle cookie is to die for as well as refreshing fresh made daily lemonade and limeade. Meat was so fresh and don't even get me started with the amazing sides! Try the street corn trust me!! The atmosphere is so beautiful and well decorated. My new favorite place in town!

The sliced brisket and pulled pork was great. We also really liked the street corn. We tried the pickle fries were good too. Next time we will get there earlier so they aren't out of the ribs and chicken. Lots of parking and seating. Our kids also liked the root beet, sasparilla, and Huckleberry specialty sodas. The homemade lemonade looked good as well.

I've had low expansions for any BBQ place in utah after visiting Texas. Ribs on point love the sweet sauce. Asked how their pork is they promised it's tender and sauce is optional to enjoy it. Spot on. Brisket in Utah I'd very hard to come by I've not seen Texas level brisket. But this is by far a great option for brisket in Utah. Great place!

Great spot for BBQ and fresh homemade food. The sides are top notch! The corn and the potato salad are really good. I highly recommend the fresh squeezed lemonades. They are not too sweet and perfect on a hot day. The patio has comfortable seating and plenty of yard games to keep you occupied.

I was very impressed with the customer service, I was sad that if your not first come first served. I only say this because there brisket sales out fast, so I missed one of the most important part of the menu. I was able to still get the ribs and the cowboy corn, which was good. I did try the cowboy Twinkies, they were good but no bit, I would have loved a little more bit. I would still tell you to get it. My son had the steak and cheese sandwich, I thought it was really good, my daughter had the kids meal chicken strips, the one thing she loved was the fresh lemonade. I would say it was good food. I would tell you that you need to go try it out, I think you will love it.

The food was excellent. I got the ribs and the street corn- both were very good. My husband got the Rueben sandwich and loved that. My kids loved their meals as well. We tried the snickerdoodle and chocolate raspberry cookies which were also delicious. My favorite part was the patio. 10/10 for atmosphere. I would recommend this place. The prices were a little high, but if you are looking for good BBQ at Bear Lake, this is your place.
